In Season Solutions was founded by Tracey Woods, a leader and educator with more than 35 years of experience in instructional design, training, and organizational development. Tracey’s career began at the University of Michigan, where she designed and facilitated over 50 professional development and leadership courses for thousands of participants. Her passion for helping others grow has shaped a career dedicated to building stronger leaders, teams, and communities.

Through her work, Tracey has partnered with municipalities, justice programs, businesses, and nonprofits, always with the same focus: creating opportunities for people to succeed. She has guided reentry initiatives, supported government teams, and developed workshops that bring businesses and community groups together to foster trust, resilience, and effective communication. Her ability to meet people where they are, and inspire them toward their best, is at the heart of In Season Solutions.

Tracey founded In Season Solutions to bridge the gap between leadership principles and real world challenges. Her programs combine proven strategies with a friendly, supportive approach that empowers participants to break through barriers, build meaningful connections, and move forward with confidence.
